Construction of the new very sophisticated and highly technical Hammam & Spa Center inside the boundaries of the HOTEL AL BUSTAN Touristic Complex in Beit-Mery. Ithe project includes keeping the facade of a 200-year old Lebanese style house, demolishing remaining old premises and Building a Gym room, Spa, Ice pool, Sauna, Thalasso-therapy, Fountains, massage rooms and all their amenities. Duration is 32 months, on a turnkey basis.
