BBV — BYBLOS BEACH VILLAS

Construction of an Exclusive Residential Complex on the coast of JBEIL, comprising of 13 high-end villas with all amenities, private swimming pools, central swimming pool, sewage treatment plant, landscaped areas, sand beach.

JAD TABET, PARIS and KARL ZOUEIN are the Architects behind this project, WISSAM TAWIL & Associates is the MEP Consultant, APAVE LIBAN, B.M.E. Consultants and FRANCIS LANDSCAPES Ltd, have supervised the execution.

Spread on a 15.000 m2 plot of land, Byblos Beach Villages Resort represents over 30,000 m2 of floor construction, including underground parkings, Villas flooring, Sewage treatment Plant, landscaped area, including 35 swimming pools.

BETABAT has been in charge of executing concrete works, Masonry, plaster, Hard landscaping and RAMLEH stone cladding.
