Ithe project includes keeping the facade of a 200-year old Lebanese style house, demolishing remaining old premises and Building a Gym room, Spa, Ice pool, Sauna, Thalasso-therapy, Fountains, massage rooms and all their amenities. Duration is 32 months, on a turnkey basis.
